How long does it take for my order to ship out?Updated 2 months ago

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Your processing time (the time it takes us to get your order ready before it ships) depends on how your order is fulfilled:

Shipping

• Parcel orders: 5–7 business days
• Oversized (LTL freight) orders: 7–10 business days

Deliveries (delivery and/or installation)

• Scheduling begins within 3 business days after all items in your order are in stock
• Delivery and/or installation can take up to 3 weeks from the scheduling date

Pre-orders / Extended lead times

• Extended lead times and pre-orders are listed on the product page under the Add to Cart button
• You can also confirm pre-order items by checking your cart or checkout
• If your order includes items with extended lead times, all items will ship together once the full order is ready
