If you’re planning to send someone else to pick up your order, please note the following important information and procedures.

At the time of pickup, the person collecting the order must present the following:

  • A copy of the original purchaser’s valid ID

  • A copy of the order confirmation

  • Their own government-issued ID

These documents help us verify the identity of the person collecting the order and ensure that all pickups are authorized.

Once your order is ready for pickup, you’ll receive an email notification from our team that includes a scheduling link. This email allows you (or your authorized representative) to choose a convenient pickup time.

If you received an email stating your order has been “packed,” this means the order is ready for pickup. The same email will include the scheduling link to finalize the pickup time.

If you haven’t received this email yet, it means your order isn’t ready for pickup at this time.

We understand these steps may feel extra, but they’re important. These protocols are in place to protect both our customers and our company from fraudulent transactions.
