I have a quality issue with my product. Can you help?Updated 7 months ago

If any item is damaged or defective, please provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue and photos of the state the item was received in. This would include:

  • Packaging it arrived in or was presented in. 
  • Any evidence of damage before and after open the package.
  • Any area of concern on the item itself.
  • Product make, model and serial number. 

Our Team will contact you within 2 business days, once we've had a chance to review your request and will provide direction for resolution. 

Please ensure to keep all packaging the item was received in.
