If any item is damaged or defective, please provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue and photos of the state the item was received in. This would include:
- Packaging it arrived in or was presented in.
- Any evidence of damage before and after open the package.
- Any area of concern on the item itself.
- Product make, model and serial number.
